Met with Jim the owner. He took the time to educate me about the roofing industry and then used his drone to check my roof for possible hail damage. He also went into my attic to inspect for any visible leaks for possible water damage. Jim told me that the vents on my roof were not up to code and were not suitable for my bathroom air vents. The sewer smell in my master bath could be a result of the wrong vents. Jim also saved me about $2500 for the installation of two solar powered fans in the attic. I have plenty of shade from my trees, so I don't need the fans. He also informed me that I do not have adequate space in my ridge vents for proper circulation.. Jim recommended some basic roof maintenance that I will review. Bottom line not sufficient hail damage to make a claim to my insurance company. Another roofing company pushed filling a claim for a new roof which would NOT have been approved. Thanks to Tom T. and his radio show I have found a valuable resource for all of my roofing needs. It pays to listen to Tom's home improvement radio show. Great resource on his website for all of your home improvement needs. Thanks Jim & Tom.
